Anyway, as promised, I’m going to explain last night’s rather rushed blog post about a new mix that I’ve uploaded for all you lovely people.

Evening all,
Just a quick note to let you know that a new mix is available to download! I’ll post more on it tomorrow!

Blimey, I hadn’t realised it’d been four months since I recorded my last mix! Just as well my sister has been nagging me for one then, I suppose.

“Urge to kill: rising!!”
Ah, what a lovely, hot, sweaty day! Especially as the air con isn’t working in my office!

Good moaning all!
I can’t believe it’s been more than a week since my last post. You can tell I’ve actually had things to do at work over the last few weeks as the number of blog posts has dropped.
I’ve not got much to say today, and nature calls so I’d best be quick, but for those who are interested, I’ve posted a new mix for download.

Well I played my first UKTA Radio set earlier on tonight, as promised. I also managed to record it too, so I’ve put it up for download here. For the most part, it wasn’t a bad set. There were one or two dodgy transistions towards the end (which was helped partly to the vast amounts of alcohol I’d been consuming throughout the day) but overall it was quite good, especially the first few transistions.
Head over to the download page and check it out if you missed it. The quality of the MP3 is 192Kbps, which is better than the stream we were using (which was only 128Kbps). Let me know what you think!

UPDATE: UKTA Radio starts in a moment, and I’m on at 8pm GMT!
Good moaning, I hope Santa was kind and fair to you all. He was both random and practical with me this year, although I think he’s forgotten to drop off one or two bits and pieces. Perhaps he’ll come back for them…

Woohoo! Today is the start of my second four-day weekend. At this rate I’m going to forget exactly what it is I do at work!
Over the last couple of days I’ve found myself using some DJ forums (ingeniusly entitled DJForums.com) and so I’ve not been doing much work, or much of anything else for that matter. I have to say that the range of knowledge on those forums is immense. There are complete novices, and proper experts. The good thing is that it’s a very active forum, and people are always willing to contribute. From what I’ve seen the place seems friendly enough, but get on their bad siede and things go very badly for you! Still, it’s a useful place for anyone who DJs. I just cant believe it’s taken me this long to find it!

Excellent use of the English language, there.
I think I overdid it at the gym last night. Although I was only there for 45 minutes, I’ve managed to pull a ligament (or a tendon, or whatever you call them) in my left arm, so now I’m unable to straighten my arm out fully. I guess I’ll just have to keep it active in the hopes that it doesn’t seize up completely, which can be difficult when you’re in a typical 9-to-5 office job. It always seems to be that particular tendon that I pull too. There must be something in my left arm that’s not quite as strong as it is in my right, as I don’t seem to have the same trouble in my right arm.
