Sorry about the complete lack of updates – I’ve been a bit busy with other things. Anyways, on with the show!

“…please don’t say fuck or bugger.”
That’s right, it’s that time of the year again, and probably for the last time. It’s the start of Big Brother! Here in the UK, it’s the 11th main Big Brother series, and Channel 4 have dropped the show so this will be the last time it’s likely to run on UK TV (at least for the foreseeable future).

Finally! A new episode of Lie To Me is being broadcast in the USA tonight, with it being shown in the UK on Thursday. I love that series, and with 24, Lost and Heroes never to return, Lie To Me is one of the few TV shows that I watch that is still being made.

“I’m not leaving the island…”

The open beta for Star Trek Online goes live tonight at 6pm GMT – and I’m almost downloaded, installed, and ready to go!

“I… am… [distortion]… GOD!”
Went to see The Fourth Kind at the weekend. And despite what you may or may not have read about how authentic it is, it certainly creeped me out. Anything to do with aliens and UFOs creeps me out a little bit, but still, I love it all. I used to be into UFOs and aliens as a kid, and the fascination is still there.

I’m in a bit of a bad mood this morning. Being late for work through no fault of my own is starting to piss me off as much as it probably pisses off the Powers That Be. Is it that hard to find a decent cab company these days? Disorganisation is the name of their game, baby!

Morning all! As you may or may not have heard, Derren Brown recently “predicted” the winning lottery results here in the UK – and got them right. The programme was only about 10 minutes long, and broadcast live at the same time as the lottery draw itself. But how did he do it?
